Stanwood Equestrian Center We offer 2 large indoor arenas, one spacious outdoor arena, a quarter mile track, 20 acre cross country course, large round pen and a hot water wash rack.

We have 2 exceptional trainers Soundview hunter jumpers and Amanda Magee performance horses (R2R) Visitors are always welcome to come see the place. The front gates are automatic--you just drive up to them and they open. The gates were installed to keep horses away from the road in the instance where one gets away from you. At the stables we have two large indoor arenas. the main arena is 80x210 f

eet. We also offer a 60 foot in diameter round pen, two outdoor arenas of 150x 300 feet, 30 turn-out paddocks, a three quarter-mile track, and a 20 acre cross-country course. Board is $650/month. We offer local grass hay, and grain. All stalls are cleaned every morning and horses are fed and watered twice a day. There are also wash racks and lockers available free of charge. It is $30 to rent a stall for the night. There is a $10 haul-in fee for use of the arenas. Haul-ins are allowed after 7pm. Lessons are given until 7 pm. Thank you for checking us out.

This weekend February 21st and 22nd the main arena is going to be closed. We are hosting ISHA/UW home horse show. The west arena is open to boarders. Thank you!

We are safe, we are dry. I’ve lived in Stanwood my whole life, 48 years. I’ve seen water gone over 532 and ditches run over into the fields with heavy rains. Stanwood has done a great job. 532 stayed dry and all the rain water stayed in the ditches.

Goodmorning everyone. We are aware of the flood potential and monitoring it closely. We are safe as long as the fir island levy holds. We are not accepting horses. The Evergreen State fairgrounds in Monroe is open for flood relief. If anything changes, we’ll let everyone know as soon as possible. Stay safe and Happy Holidays!
