✨ 41 adoptions in one week! How amazing is that?! ✨

34 cats + 7 dogs are now home, where they belong. That’s 41 fresh starts and 41 families with a little more love in their lives. What a week at The NOAH Center! 🐾

And we’re not slowing down anytime soon. There are still incredible cats, playful kittens, and amazing dogs here waiting for their turn. 🐶🐱

Meet Cricket! 🦗🐈‍⬛💚

Cricket is a 1-year-old cuddle bug who isn't convinced he's actually a cat. He loves being held, adores belly rubs, and can often be found playing with dog toys instead of cat toys.

This chatty guy is looking for a home where he can be your one and only feline friend. He does have some special medical needs, including a special diet, and has tested positive for feline coronavirus. The good news? Feline coronavirus is not contagious to people or dogs.

What Cricket really wants is a family to share cuddles, conversations, and plenty of love with.🫶

Meet the Eastern Eighteen! 🐕🦴💙

On Tuesday one of our valued Washington shelter partners, Okandogs, sent us a plea for help. They had discovered a hoarding case of small dogs and urgently needed The NOAH Center to take in 14 adults and 4 puppies.

We couldn't tell how much medical care they would need or how long it would take to put them up for adoption. All we did know was that their best hope was to come to The NOAH Center. So our team worked quickly and as of Wednesday afternoon the Eastern Eighteen left their traumatic pasts behind and arrived at the center to begin their recovery!

It's obvious they have been living in an unsafe and chaotic situation for a while now but with patience and proper care we know they have the potential to one day be the perfect addition to a loving family. 🫶
