What an incredible week at The NOAH Center! 42 adoptions! That’s 42 lives changed, 42 families made a little fuller, and 42 reasons to celebrate! 🎉

The NOAH Center is looking for a full-time Volunteer Coordinator to help lead, support, and grow our incredible volunteer program.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, compassionate, comfortable leading others, and passionate about helping homeless dogs and cats. The Volunteer Coordinator will help with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, community outreach, and building a positive volunteer culture here at The NOAH Center. 🫶

This National Rescue Dog Day, we’re celebrating a few amazing alumni and the new chapters they found through adoption.

Graduation season is all about celebrating new beginnings and accomplishments. For these pups, adoption day is one of the biggest milestones of all.

🧡 Meet Korey Kat 🧡

Korey Kat is a 2-year-old orange sweetheart who made his way to The NOAH Center from Louisiana this April. He may seem a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he loves attention, pets, and head scratches.

Korey Kat is also FIV-positive, which means he’ll need to be an only cat or live with other FIV-positive cats, and should remain indoors where he can stay healthy and safe. With proper care, FIV-positive cats can live long, happy, and normal lives.

This gentle guy is looking for a calm, loving home where he can truly settle in and shine. 🫶

44 cats + 24 dogs are now home, where they belong. That’s 68 fresh starts and 68 families with a little more love in their lives. What a week at The NOAH Center! 🐾

And we’re not slowing down anytime soon. There are still incredible cats, playful kittens, and amazing dogs here waiting for their turn. 🐶🐱
