New CDC Regulation Coming Soon!

As of August 1, 2024, dogs entering or returning to the United states must meet new, specific requirements depending on where they have been in the 6 months before entering the U.S. and where they received their rabies vaccines. For dogs that are traveling to Canada or Mexico and returning to the U.S. must be at least 6 months old up re-entry, have microchip (ISO compatible), a current Rabies vaccination, and a Certificate of U.S. - Issued Rabies Vaccination (issued and endorsed by USDA). Please visit the CDC website, www.cdc.gov/dogtravel and use the dogbot link to find additional requirements.

With this in mind, as well as a change in requirements for dogs coming into the United States from Canada or Mexico, we are offering a 20% discount on a microchip implant for your pet - now through September! It's almost that time of year when the fireworks will be lighting up our sky!
If your pet becomes anxious and fearful with the loud noises caused by the celebrations with fireworks, we can help!
There are medications that our doctors can prescribe based on the health of your pet. If your furry companion is not current on an exam, then one will be required prior to prescribing any medication.
Call our office to either request an appointment or a prescription. Prescriptions can take up to a week to fill due to volume of requests we receive, so please don't procrastinate!
You can reach us at 360-629-4571 Mondays through Saturdays, 8am to 5pm.
