CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. Re-opening September 2027. Springfield, IL 🎃 Your local pumpkin patch for 30+ years. U-Pick pumpkins and flowers! No admission fee

Wagons and clippers are provided. Family owned and operated since 1995. Norm Diehl started the patch for his daughter Kristin's college fund. She has since graduated from UIUC with a degree in industrial design. We provide wagons and clippers for you to go into the patch and pick your own pumpkins and gourds. It's fun for all ages! We've been around long enough that people who came here as kids are now bringing their own children to the patch. No admission fee for the pumpkin patch

Most pumpkins and gourds are sold by weight, .70 cents a pound

You pick flowers $1 each

Corn maze- $2/person or $6/family

Our giant pumpkin took a field trip downtown!

🎃 This is kind of a BIG deal!

We've got a giant new friend hanging out in the Kidzeum courtyard, and we want to know just how much this absolute unit weighs!

We're hosting a Great Pumpkin Weigh-In, and your guess could win you 4 FREE admission passes to Kidzeum!

⚖️ Price Is Right rules apply! Closest guess without going over wins. If there's a tie, we'll draw a winner from the closest guesses!

Want to play? You've got two ways to enter!

🎃 Drop your guess in pounds in the comments below!

🎃 Or submit your guess online: https://kidzeum.org/events/hallowpalooza/ -guess

One guess per person, so make it count!

Come see our giant new friend in the Kidzeum courtyard at 412 E. Adams Street. We'll reveal the big number and announce our winner on **November 1!** 🧡

A BIG thank you to Kristin's Pumpkin Patch for generously lending us this beauty! 🎃 What started in 1995 as a way to save for Kristin's college fund has grown into a pumpkin patch with more than 30 varieties of pumpkins and decorative gourds!

10/19/2026

We had a perfect fall weekend! Loved to see everyone making new memories and enjoying the peaceful patch. Only one weekend left of the 2026 u-pick season! Plan to come out 🎃

10/18/2026

Open Sunday 11-6! The patch did NOT get a frost so we still have plenty of gorgeous flowers, pumpkins, and gourds for U-pick. See you soon! 🎃🌸✨
