🦇🐾 BAT CAT IS HERE TO WISH YOU A SPOOKTACULAR HALLOWEEN! 🎃

Hobo wanted to show off his Halloween costume and send everyone a very HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Meet BAT CAT! 🐈‍⬛🦇

While Hobo is busy looking adorable and protecting the neighborhood, he has two VERY important reminders for all pet parents tonight!

🎃 KEEP YOUR PETS INDOORS! With trick-or-treaters, unfamiliar noises, and doors opening all night, it’s safest to keep your furry family members inside and secure.

🍬 ABSOLUTELY NO CANDY! Chocolate, sugar-free candy containing xylitol, and other Halloween treats can be dangerous to our pets. Keep those goodies out of paw’s reach!

📸 NOW IT’S YOUR TURN! Share your pet’s Halloween costume in the comments below! We want to see all the ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and adorable little pumpkins! 👻 Bonus points for the funniest costume! 😂

Have a fun, safe, and SPOOKTACULAR Halloween from all of us at My Family Vet! ❤️

And remember… Bat Cat is watching! 👀🦇

🐱💙 Look at this sweet baby being SO patient with us while we clean those gunky ears!

This little one was recently adopted, and their new family noticed some extra ear scratching happening at home. That’s when our team got to work!

While our team was busy cleaning and flushing those ears, getting them nice and clean and ready to be medicated, our Imagyst analyzer was busy investigating! 🔬👀

The Imagyst allows our team to scan ear cytology and get a closer look at what could be hanging out in your pet’s ears. 🦠🔬 This helps our veterinary team better understand what we’re dealing with so we can get back to what matters most…

Taking care of your baby! 🥰🐾

A little ear cleaning, a little detective work, and a whole lot of TLC. 💙

🔎🐾 Let’s take a closer look… literally!

We know we’ve talked about our ultrasound before, but there’s a reason we love having this tool available for our patients!

Sometimes an exam or bloodwork tells our doctors that something just isn’t quite right, but we need a better look at what’s happening inside. That’s where ultrasound can help. 🩺

Ultrasound allows our team to get a closer look at your pet’s internal organs and soft tissues and can give our doctors more information to help put the pieces of the puzzle together. 🧩🐶🐱

Because when it comes to your pet, we don’t want to just say, “Something is off.”
We want to work toward finding out why. 💙

📞 Have questions about ultrasound or your pet’s health? Call us at 281-288-0500!

🐾🩺 BEHIND THE SCENES AT MY FAMILY VET!

While we’re busy caring for our patients, we’re also busy teaching the future of veterinary medicine! 📚🐶🐱

From hands-on learning and real-life patient care to note-taking, quizzes, asking questions, and learning the why behind what we do—we love giving our future veterinary professionals the opportunity to learn and grow! 💙

It takes a village to build great veterinary professionals, and we’re proud to have a team that is willing to teach, mentor, encourage, and share their knowledge.

Because today’s student, volunteer, or intern could be tomorrow’s amazing veterinary team member! 🩺🐾✨

🐾💙 VETERINARY TECHNICIAN WEEK CONTINUES! 💙🐾

Give it up for our AMAZING floor techs—Hannah, Kyndle, & Agianee! 👏🩺🎉

These girls each bring something so important to the table, and together, they help keep our hospital running smoothly!

🐾 Hannah makes sure our puppy packs are always up to date with the latest and most important information for our newest patients and their families! 🐶📚

🐾 Kyndle keeps an eye on our inventory and makes sure our hospital is stocked with the supplies our team needs to care for our patients. 📦🩺

🐾 Agianee makes sure her patients’ surgery estimates are getting out on time so families can get their procedures scheduled and their pets can get the care they need! 🐶❤️

Each task may look different, but every single one matters. These girls bring a level of importance, commitment, and attention to detail to every situation—and they’ve absolutely got it down! 👏💙
