3 Husketeers Rescue is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization that rescues Northern Breeds. We bring the rescues into our home and our dogs are doing all the work.

We're also a Licensed Stray Hold Facility located in Chester County, Pennsylvania Our Huskies (Bandit, Victoria, Princess, Charlotte, and Ella) are 3 Husketeers Rescue, they are rescuing the new pack members. Since we've opened (June 7, 2018) we've rescued 237 dogs. All 237 have been in our house at one time or another. We do not allow "on the spot" adoptions. We have a 30 day foster to adopt pro

gram. During this time, you get to know the dog and see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If the dog is under the age of 6 months and is not spayed/neutered, you will foster to adopt the dog and at 6 months we will have the dog spayed/neutered and at that time we will allow you to adopt. We want to make sure our dog is in the right home and this system seems to work for us. If you were looking to adopt a dog and go on your way, this is not our rescue. We are one big pack and I like to be able to visit our dogs. Our adoption fee is $550. This fee includes a crate, leash, collar, 1 bag of dog food, 1 month of Flea/Tick and Heart Worm Preventative, bowls, treats, bed, toys, pumpkin, and training leash. Every dog is UTD with Vaccinations, microchipped, and spay/neutered. Plus, if you ever need to go board your dog, we always allow you to bring the dog back to us while you’re on vacation (for a donation). Adoption fee is paid at adoption. I shared about Cash 🐺🐾 yesterday, but he deserves another spotlight today 🐾💛

A couple of years ago, we met Gabrielle, the Owner of Pomsky Power Puppies in Spring City, PA, and since then we’ve built such a special relationship. When I needed help last minute with Cash 🐺🐾, Gabrielle didn’t hesitate—she welcomed him into her home 🏡 for the night and generously donated to cover his neutering at Brandywine Valley SPCA, today. How incredible is that? 🥰 🙌🏼

We are beyond thankful for her kindness and support. Rescue is not easy, and having people like Gabrielle by our side means the world to us—and to the dogs. Thank you, Gabrielle, for being such an amazing human and friend. ❤️

📣Meet Buzz 🐺🐾 – The Tiny Dog with a Big Personality!

Buzz 🐺🐾 may be small, but he’s got the heart ♥️ (and attitude) of a giant. He’s playful, full of s***k, and loves to march to the beat of his own drum. Whether it’s chasing after his foster siblings or enjoying a good bully stick, Buzz 🐺🐾 does everything with enthusiasm.

He’s the king 👑 of “play hard, nap hard” – when it’s time to snooze 😴, nothing disturbs him (not even the foster pack’s howling sing-alongs to the clock chime!). Once he’s up, though, he’s ready to go on new adventures.

Buzz 🐺🐾 is a foodie at heart, so mealtime is his favorite time of day. He prefers to enjoy his meals with a little personal space, but that just means he’s polite about setting boundaries. He can be vocal and dramatic during play – growls, yips, and even a theatrical scream if a buddy nips too hard – but it’s all part of his unique charm.

He loves being carried (mostly for the view, of course), and while he may be shy at first, once you earn his trust, his sweet side shines through.

Buzz 🐺🐾 is looking for a forever family that appreciates his big personality in a small package – someone who can embrace his quirks, spoil him with snacks, and love him for the hilarious, sweet boy he is.

I don’t want to jinx anything, but our pack at 3 Husketeers Rescue is finally starting to show signs of improvement.

✨💵 Meet Cash 🐺🐾 — Our Happy Little Escape Artist 💵✨

About two months ago, we met Cash 🐺🐾 when his owner asked for help because he kept slipping out of the house. We vaccinated and microchipped him, hoping to build a relationship in case she ever needed us. Sure enough, after a few more daring escapes, she reached out asking if we could find him a safe home.

Since then, Cash 🐺🐾 has been living with one of our amazing fosters — and let me tell you, he’s been the perfect house guest. This sweet 1 ½ year-old Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky mix) weighs just 27 lbs and has the best of both worlds: husky playfulness in a “pocket-sized” body. 🐾

The truth is, Cash’s 🐺🐾 biggest challenge in his previous home was simply not getting enough activity. Like many huskies, when he was bored, he got destructive. But in his foster home — with two big dogs and a fenced yard — he’s been nothing but happy and well-behaved.

Cash 🐺🐾 is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and will be neutered this Friday — he’ll be all ready to go to his forever family. 🏡

We are requiring a fenced yard for him because he is a skilled escape artist. He would thrive in an active home, especially one with kids or other dogs to keep him company.

Cash 🐺🐾 is one of those dogs who truly lights up when he’s loved — and he has so much love to give back. 💕

⭐️From Stray to Star: Ranger’s 🐺🐾 Ready for His Forever Home🏡⭐️

Ranger’s 🐺🐾 journey shows just how many people can come together to save one special dog. Found as a stray in San Antonio, Texas, he was taken in by a kind family who made sure he was neutered, vaccinated, and cared for. When local rescues were full, they kept searching until they reached out to us — and we instantly said yes! They drove him all the way here and gave a generous donation to ensure Ranger’s 🐺🐾 future was bright. Thanks to them, Ranger 🐺🐾 now has the chance to find the forever family he’s always deserved.

Ranger 🐺🐾 (11 months old) is ready for his forever home — and he’s truly the total package!

💔When I Can’t Be Strong, I Lean on YOU — Please Help US Through This💔

I know I haven’t been posting like I usually do, and I’m sorry. The truth is, I’m completely drained — mentally and physically. All 6 of my huskies are battling pneumonia right now. They’re weak, coughing, sneezing, struggling to eat, and I’m giving them 5 pills each, twice a day, just to keep them going. It breaks my heart to see them like this, and the constant worry has me running on empty.

Because of this, I can’t take on any more dogs until my personal pack recovers. Our entire rescue is built on the belief that my dogs rescue the new dogs who come here. They teach them, guide them, and help them adjust so they’re ready for their forever homes. Without my pack healthy, I can’t continue to save others — and that’s the hardest part for me to admit.

At the same time, 7 new rescue dogs came in this past week and are with fosters. None of those families are planning to adopt, which is okay, but it means the responsibility is still on me to make sure they’re safe and find forever homes. On top of that, I’m still scrambling to put together raffle baskets for our fundraiser, but donations just aren’t coming in.

To be honest, I see other rescues out at events raising money and I know I should be doing the same — but right now, I just don’t have the strength. My focus is on keeping my pack alive and making sure the rescue dogs in foster care don’t go without.

🚨Help a Local Dog Rescue – Need a Working Lawnmower 🚜 ASAP 🙏🚨

Our rescue property sits on 2 acres of grass… and our lawnmower has officially died. 💔

We’ve been asking for help for over a year, but haven’t been able to replace it, and the cost of a new one is just not possible for us right now. I’ve even visited multiple lawnmower companies in hopes of a donation, but so far no one has been able to help.

That’s why I’m turning to all of you — our amazing community. 🙏🏼

If you have a lawnmower you’re not using and would be willing to donate it to 3 Husketeers Rescue, it would be a HUGE help to us and the dogs we care for.

Our property is where our dogs play, run, and heal before finding their forever homes. Keeping it safe and maintained is so important — but right now, I’m completely stressed out because we simply don’t have the equipment to do it.

🚨 INTAKE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED 🚨

Hi Facebook Families,

For the first time in seven years of running 3 Husketeers Rescue, I’m facing a heartbreaking situation 💔 — all six of my personal dogs are sick. In all these years, we’ve never had parvo, coccidia, kennel cough, distemper, fleas… nothing. But now, all six have been diagnosed with pneumonia.

If you know me, you know I usually keep the rescue dogs here at "The Pack House" so I can truly get to know them and place them with families that are the best possible fit. But for the first time ever, I can’t have new dogs here for at least 14 days. Pneumonia is highly contagious, so I’ve had to set up a strict sterilization routine — changing clothes before leaving and washing immediately when I return — to protect other dogs. 😷

Right now, I have:

• Ranger from Texas in a foster home in New Jersey.
• Noodle, whose original foster couldn’t keep her due to work, now in a new foster home in Walnutport, PA.
• Cash, the runaway from Macungie we microchipped and vaccinated, also in a foster home in Bethlehem, PA.
• A three-month-old puppy in a Delaware shelter urgently needing a foster.
• Buzz and Woody, arriving Saturday, both needing fosters.

This is overwhelming for me. I’m a worrier by nature, and not having control over the dogs makes me anxious. These fosters aren’t forever homes, which means these dogs will soon have to move again — possibly multiple times — before finding their forever families. That’s not what I want for them. 🥺

Here’s where I need your help:

• Balto needs a foster home today.
• Buzz and Woody need foster homes starting Saturday.
• In 14 days, I’ll have six dogs returning to me — Buzz, Woody, Balto, Noodle, Cash, and Ranger — plus my own six dogs.

I’ll be making Petfinder posts in hopes of finding foster-to-adopt homes, which would greatly reduce the stress and the number of moves these dogs have to go through.

I wasn’t sure if I should share all this because I know some might judge me for saying all my dogs have pneumonia. The truth is, I don’t know how it happened. My dogs don’t go anywhere, but Calvin — who is now healthy — had been in different homes, with a trainer, and at daycare before he showed symptoms. He could have picked it up anywhere. I’m not placing blame, only sharing the reality so you understand the urgency.

What we need right now:

• Foster-to-adopt homes
• Donations (vet bills, care, and supplies)
• Dog food (for each foster home)— especially Fromm Classic, which can be purchased from our friends at Doggy Dao & Cat's Meow. Supporting them also means supporting a small, woman-owned business.
• I’ll be putting together an Amazon wishlist soon for those who want to help that way.
