Summer splash time is fun—until your pet swallows too much water or cuts a paw on the pool deck. Here are pool-related issues we treat through urgent care:

-Vomiting after swallowing pool water
-Red or irritated eyes from chlorine exposure
-Torn nails or paw pad injuries from rough surfaces
-Sudden limping after jumping in or out
-Fatigue, coughing, or shallow breathing after swimming

If your pet isn’t acting right after pool time, don’t wait for it to get worse.
