📢 Important Update from Bay Road Animal Hospital
We’re excited to share that we will be transitioning to a new computer system on Wednesday, May 6th!
During this transition period (May 6th–May 11th), appointment times will be extended to 45 minutes (instead of 30 minutes) to allow our team time to learn and adjust to the new system.
Please rest assured that you will continue to receive the high-quality care you’ve come to expect from Bay Road Animal Hospital.

Our new cloud-based system helps ensure continued access—even during internet interruptions
⚠️ Friendly Reminder for Trupanion Users
At this time, Trupanion does not integrate with Shepherd as it did with our previous system.
This means we are no longer able to submit invoices for immediate, in-clinic approval and payment. Clients will need to submit claims directly to Trupanion for reimbursement.
