Warehouse Associate – Dodge Grain (Salem, NH)
Dodge Grain is a family-owned business proudly serving the community for 100 years. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on handling grain, feed, and hay products. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping our warehouse organized and ensuring customers and delivery drivers are loaded safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Unload 50 lb bags of grain, feed, and hay bales into the warehouse for stocking
• Load grain bags and hay bales for customer pickups and delivery trucks
• Assist truck drivers with loading deliveries as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lb bags and hay bales
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work well with customers, drivers, and team members
• Prior warehouse or farm/feed store experience is a plus, but not required
