Millions of cats and kittens are killed every year in this country because there just aren't enough homes for all of them. Others are abandoned outside trying to make it on their own. Some are left behind when their owners move away or are thrown outside because they are no longer cute kittens. These abandoned animals are hit by cars, eaten by predators, starve to death o

r die from the elements, illness or diseases. The ones that do survive bring more kittens into an already over-populated world. Then those kittens reproduce...and the tragic cycle continues. It is up to each one of us to stop this cycle by not contributing to the problem. Be part of the solution - spay or neuter your pets and insist that others do the same! We offer help with both free and low-cost spays and neuters and also offer help with trapping cats who are found outside.

We always love getting updates!

This is Stephanie and I wanted to send you some pictures of our sweet Posey (formerly Rosie) who we adopted from you last December 9.

She is the best girl and we love her so very much. Thank you for choosing us to be her family. I wish her former owner could know how very much we adore her. She fills our home with so much love and laughter. She is truly heaven sent! Thank you for all you do. You are truly angels on Earth!

Please share! This senior girl desperately needs a home!

Meet Luna
She is a 12 year old domestic long haired gal. She is all gray with lovely green eyes and a mane around her neck.
Luna has had a pretty difficult life spending a lot of time in a shelter being afraid and not showing well. A volunteer felt bad for her so she took her home but eventually the woman passed away.
A kind hearted woman took her home next but also passed away not long after adopting her so her neighbors have been caring for Luna. The woman’s home is being sold so she has to leave. It seems that there is no family or friends that are able to take her in. The results of finding her placement in a shelter are not promising.
Luna needs a quiet home without other animals or children. She is independent and right now is not a lap cat. She needs a person with much patience and understanding to help her adjust to another new environment. She appears unfriendly until she trusts you.

MEET AUTUMN
She is a silver gray and beige domestic medium haired female.

Autumn is 18 months old. She is very friendly and sweet. Such a gorgeous kitty with her silver gray/beige hair and green emerald eyes. She loves to be pet and will come right to you when called.
Autumn really enjoys the company of people and is a great companion cat. She is so gentle and has such a lovely personality.

Meet Kitty
Kitty is an 11 year old senior cat. She is a long-haired tabby and white. She is gorgeous!
She was left behind outside when her owners moved out.

She was living outside and a very nice woman let her live in her gazebo and fed her but could not take her in or keep her.

Since we are moving from fall into the winter season soon the woman called us and asked for help so thIs gorgeous gal would not be outside in the winter months.

She is a very sweet kitty and deserves a nice retirement home.

She just arrived so we don’t know how she is with other cats.

She doesn’t understand why she was left behind after 10 years in her home.
She has always lived as the only pet.

Meet Tillie
Tillie is a senior gal whose owners had to give her up due to traveling. She is an 11 year old female who is sweet and friendly.
Tillie is white with black markings and from her vetting records she is very healthy and her senior blood work results came back fantastic with no health issues.

Tillie has been with her owners for ten years as a only cat so she is confused about shelter life right now.
She is looking for a comfortable retirement home that will give her lots of love.
