Millions of cats and kittens are killed every year in this country because there just aren't enough homes for all of them. Others are abandoned outside trying to make it on their own. Some are left behind when their owners move away or are thrown outside because they are no longer cute kittens. These abandoned animals are hit by cars, eaten by predators, starve to death o

r die from the elements, illness or diseases. The ones that do survive bring more kittens into an already over-populated world. Then those kittens reproduce...and the tragic cycle continues. It is up to each one of us to stop this cycle by not contributing to the problem. Be part of the solution - spay or neuter your pets and insist that others do the same! We offer help with both free and low-cost spays and neuters and also offer help with trapping cats who are found outside.

Meet Calypso

She is a gorgeous black, orange and white domestic short haired calico. Calypso is young in age approx 4 months old and is petite.
She is a sweetheart but a little shy and loves petting. She enjoys the comfort of other cats so we recommend a home with another cat in it who will cuddle with her and mother her.
She enjoys playing then curling up with a buddy to sleep. She is a great kitten who is active and very loving once she settles in.

Lyric, and Lilac. They are dsh females. They are approx 16 weeks old and very sweet.
Lyric is a dsh female who is orange and white with an orange smudge on her face.
Lilac is a dsh female who is orange and white.
They like to play together, eat together and cuddle up to sleep together.

Meet Skye and Sriracha

Skye is 3 years old and gorgeous. She is a domestic short haired white with black markings kitty. Sriracha is also a domestic shorthair but he is 6 months old and an all black male.
They are a bundle of joy with the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet affection. Both are curious, mischievous, and wonderfully silly. They are always ready to turn anything into a game. Toss a toy their way and watch them zoom after it at lightning speed, or grab a laser pointer and see them go absolutely wild. They are also a bit mischievous and will keep you on your toes! When playtime is over, they transforms into the ultimate cuddle bugs. They love curling up with you while you watch TV, purring loudly to let you know just how happy they are. They love to follow you around and be close to you at all times. If you’re looking for a pair of cats who will make you laugh, keep you company, and shower you with affection, - it is them. He is an all black domestic short haired neutered male. He is very sweet and is two years old.
Boden is playful, active and friendly.

HELP!!

Our Sunday night person quit and did not even show up on Sunday.
We are looking for a Sunday volunteer. It would be Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 7::00 for feeding, scooping litter boxes and cleaning when needed. Mostly to enable cats to be out of their cages and exercised.

We also need a volunteer for every other Thursday night from 6-9pm or 5-8 pm to feed, clean, and socialize with cats/kittens at our Petsmart location in Salem, NH.

Please share!!

Lulu just turned two years old in April.

She was brought up with a family and the mother got pregnant and didn’t want the cat around anymore so she gave her up.

Lulu is sweet but sometimes has a difficult time with change of routine, routines environment, etc.

She is a beautiful mackerel, orange tabby with double paws would do best in a home without children other animals, preferably be able to live with ladies.
