Thank you all the exhibitors who came out to support our Nosework Trial this weekend in Courtland, VA in conjunction with HAMPTON ROADS KENNEL CLUB!!

Attention!!

Our upcoming Nosework trial this weekend in Courtland VA is almost full! As of 4/28/25 we will have very limited Day of Show entries.

A few trial reminders:
An estimated timeline will be sent via email. Please note this is just a guideline.

We need vehicles for use in the trial on sunday. Please make sure your car is clean from residual odor if you've been training on it. See Meghan Rice to volunteer your vehicle.

Odor and training is not permitted on the grounds.

If there are conflicts with conformation or weight pull, please inform the check-in board. Please be prepared to be flexible in order to minimize conflicts.

Nose Work May 3-4, 2025 in conjunction with Hampton Roads Kennel Club!!! Entries close April 25th!!!

Personal and cashiers checks only, no money orders, please!

To clarify the multiple run discount, it only applies to each dog for one level. For example, if your dog is running 8 runs all in Novice the fees would be $25 + $22 x 7 = $179. If your dog is running in multiple levels, the first run in each level is $25 and any additional runs in that same level are $22. For example, if your dog is running Novice for Containers and Exterior but Advanced for Interior and Vehicles the fees would be $25 + $22 × 3 =$91 for the Novice runs and the same $91 for the Advanced runs. If you have any questions about the fees, please email us at [email protected] with exactly what your dog is entering and we can help you calculate the fees! 😁

Pre-entry numbers as of today. We will be accepting day of show entries 8am-8:30am. Cash or check only. No money orders. $30 per run.

Trial 1 will start at 8:30am. We will run Master down to level 1 for all 4 trials. Lunch break between trials. We will accommodate conflicts as best as possible by moving dogs around within their respective classes but we will not hold up the entire class/trial. Please be mindful of how the trial is running and remember that it only takes a few minutes to run one dog through the course 😁

Daily Stickers with your armband numbers will be provided. Maps will be posted on the wall.

Crating in the Rally building is very limited and is reserved for club members only.

We offer New Title ribbons as well as higher level Title and championship ribbons! High In Trial ribbons too! We also have Total Dog medals and our beautiful High In Trial buckets!

UKC Nosework trials being held - Dec 28 & 29, 2024 in Virginia Beach at Dog Gone Good, 5224 Blackwater Road, VA Beach VA.

Satruday - Check-in and Day Of Show (DOS) Entry 8:00 - 8:30 am (Briefing 08:45 first dog to follow)

Sunday - Check-in and DOS Entry 8:00 - 8:30 am (Briefing 08:45 first dog to follow)

We are in need of cars for the vehicle searches on Sunday - please see Meghan Rice if you would like to volunteer you vehicle. There will be indoor crating for those volunteering your vehciles on Sunday.

*Parking is available at the site - please follow the Parking lot attendants.

*There will be NO crating inside the building.

*Please be prepared to work your dog out of your vehicle!

*Please be prepared for any weather condition to keep you and your dog/s comfortable.

*There will be NO refreshments or food offered at the trial side. There is a place just up the road that has sandwiches (The Blackawater Trading Post a mile up the road) otherwise bring your meals/snacks.
