Proposed Performance show changes!
Ranch Conformation and Ranch Ground Handling will be moved to the end of the ranch classes on the showbill as they were shown at the end of last season to prevent having to unsaddle and resaddle between classes.
We plan to add 2 Open Ranch Reining classes. One walk trot and one walk trot lope. This year they will not be added to the division high point, but will receive year end awards, so that people can try them when ready. In the comments I will add some introductory information about ranch reining.
All other classes will remain the same for the 2026-2027 season and trail will continue to show concurrent with the main arenacas long as I can find judges ๐Ÿ™‚

OK, everybody๏ฟผ here is the updated version of our 2026/2027 speed division show billโ€ฆ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿค 

Listed is all of our classes and our dates .
Iโ€™ve attached another form on here for sponsorship opportunities, and this could be across any division. We are currently in the process of locking down food vendors and retail vendors so let us know if youโ€™re interested or know anybody else please tag them in send our way.
You can also go on our website and download these and print out formsโ€ฆ

**We will also be hosting a meet and greet for our SPEED SHOW DIVISION on Saturday September 5th @ 8am-10am at the Punta Gorda horse Arena as well as participating in early registration. We are changing our system this year and would like to make our first horse show of the season as smooth as possible. We will have forms available on premise so we can get you all loaded into the system and will be be going over rules, changes and expectations for this show season. Everybody is welcome.

**There will also be some education/instruction on flag ๐Ÿณ๏ธ carrying etiquette for all of our potential flag carriers for the season so that we can look good and feel comfortable carrying flags proudly through our arena. Looking forward to meeting all of you and wonderful show season.

Hello everybody, I just wanted to come on here and introduce myself, Brandy Hunt as your new speed show ๐ŸŽ Director ๏ฟผ as well as my friend Nicole Deffenbaugh for the 2026/2027 show year. We are collaborating to make this year one of the best years yet and I know we have a lot of ground to cover and I hope that you guys are welcome us with open arms.
With that being said, please stay tuned for upcoming information about the new show season and potential in person meet and greets and pre-registration for this show season and other opportunities. ๏ฟผ

Please see attached proposed Hunter Jumper showbill for the upcoming 2026/2027 show season.
We will be voting on this showbill as well as changes to the other disciplines showbills at the August general membership Zoom meeting, date and time will be posted soon. ๏ฟผ

The only changes are to the Mini Stirrup Division, which is now going to be an Open Green Hack Division. We are also adding a statement that Fence Heights are contingent upon arena conditions. ๏ฟผ
