We’re going to Tulsa!!! 🧳🛣️🎟️ Yogi has officially met the qualification requirements to attend the 2027 AKC National Agility Championship!

This wasn’t a goal we originally set for this year, but once I realized we were close enough for it to be within reach, we committed to making it happen.

This is the first item on my 3 tiered agility bucket list for me and Yogi. I just love smashing goals with this little dog. I’m so lucky to call him my teammate and my best friend. 💙

This course was tricky in the most unsuspecting way.

The weave polls had 2 challenges. 1. The white base touched the white circle in the turf which can potentially make it harder for them to gauge their entrance without the normal contrast of the white base on the green turf. 2. The dog’s approach to the weaves was basically straight on which sounds easy but can also cause a visual challenge if all of the poles essentially disappear in alignment behind the first pole.

I’m very proud of how Yogi handled this course from start to finish.

Almost got lost between jump 1 and 2. 🫣

I was having trouble with Yogi jumping so tightly in my blinds that he was dropping bars. I tweaked my timing to give him a little bit more room for takeoff and landing and I think he was happy with it!
