Rum River Wirehairs AKC German Wirehair Pointer kennel The dogs are breed to have an outstanding nose and second to none prey drive.

Rum River Wirehairs is offering 2 or 3 litters a year, using a proven bloodline that features some of the best bloodlines within the breed. Our dogs are expected to have great drive and will be loaded with natural ability. The dogs are excellent swimmers making a morning duck hunt or an afternoon of pheasant hunting a great success. Dogs have shown great retrieving desire, and are all around very

easy to train. Dogs desire is to please their owner which makes them fun to train. We have been breeding German Wirehairs for over 10 years, and have built a solid bloodline foundation. These pups are bred to the Max, taken consideration to make great family dogs that will exceed in the field. We have brought bloodlines in from all over the country and world to continue this great breed.

We have a 8 month year old Wirehair we are looking to rehome to the right person / family.

She is smart, loving, great personality, house broke. Her flaw is she has separation anxiety, hates a kennel. She just won’t fit into our breeding program / or make a good mother to puppies.

Best fit is going to be a home where you are home with her, retired or work from home.

Give us a call and we will go over everything with you to see if it’s a fit and what she is like.
