Over the past 25 years International rider, trainer, course designer, and United States Equestrian Team veteran Andrew H. Philbrick has developed Hunter Farms into a full service equestrian center. We offer meticulous horse care, thoughtful instruction, and a personalized training program for you and your horse. We also bring our experience to beginner children and adults through our top quality r

iding school program. We have started many children over the years and we are proud of their accomplishments. Some of our students have gone on to be professionals that have competed in Olympic, World Cup, and World Championships. Several collegiate riding stars, veterinarians, and top amateur riders have all had their start at Hunter Farms. Just as important have been those that have developed a life long passion for our sport and have enjoyed passing this on to their own children. Our sister facility, "Princeton Show Jumping" in neighboring Skillman, NJ, offers nationally acclaimed United States Equestrian Federation licensed horse shows. We also offer a local show series for those just starting out.

Week One of Princeton Show Jumping Summer was an all-around success for our Hunter Farms’ Dream Team! The sunshine brought out great rounds and ribbons for our star rider and horse combinations. Results are as follows;

⭐️A great week for our young horses, as Lilibet took to the Baby Green 2’6 Hunters with Sarah Wayda, pinning several great ribbons! Dubbydub was a perfect gentleman in the .80m Jumpers as well!
⭐️Avanti Ventures’ Nashville shined this week in the Green Hunter 3’3”/3’6” pinning two seconds out of a competitive field with Sarah Wayda.
⭐️Jennifer Cassidy brought home a 4th in the competitive 1.0m on Mary Chapot’s Time Enough.
⭐️Charlotte Parkes and her WHG Whiterock Cruise R were back at it! Blazing fast and clear rounds in the 1.0m Jumpers lead to two firsts, a WIN in the 1.05m Classic and the overall Division Championship! Way to go!
⭐️Debbie Purowitz’s incredible geldings had quite the week. Piloted by Sarah Wayda, Super G took home a 2nd as well as the Division Reserve Championship in the 1.10m Jumpers, with his brother Reminiscent right behind with another 2nd.
⭐️Maggie Westergaard had another excellent week with her girl power team! On her Rhyme or Reason, she brought home multiple blues and reds in the .90m Jumpers. Only to do it again on her Quiriana, with yet more blues and reds!
⭐️Bria Rector and Hunter Farms’ Abracadabra brought home two seconds in the Mini Stirrup.
⭐️Lejla Pinkert and Hunter Farms’ Abracadabra had two firsts to bring home the Division Championship in the Beginner Rider!
⭐️Ruby Ott and Hunter Farms’ Goldie Sox shined in the Leadline bringing home multiple blues and the Division Championship!
⭐️Lily Farrington brought home a second in the Princeton Hunter Derby on Hunter Farms’ Golden’s Guidam!
⭐️Sarah Wayda brought home beautiful rounds in the $10,000 Welcome Stake and in the $25,000 Grand Prix of Princeton aboard Avanti Ventures’ Lord Z’s Legacy. Each ride is outstanding to watch!

This week and throughout the Summer we are offering a $5,000 USHJA Open National Derby and $5,000 USHJA Jr/Am National Derby. We also have Cross-rail through 3' Derbies in the Derby Field

A friendly reminder that our Hunter Farms’ 2025 Summer Riding Program is only THREE weeks away! 😎

This is an excellent activity for riders to continue their equine education, spend elongated time around diverse ponies and horses, and make memories with fellow riders and friends in the sunshine. ☀️
