Do not let this face fool you! Yukon is a total hooligan! 😂 He is a volunteer and staff favorite 🤩 He was even adopted and returned, but his adopters had this to say about him “Omg. He is best dog ever. He is so sweet and loves to cuddle. He is high energy and has so much to offer. I hope he finds his forever home.❤️

He is an energetic and busy dog with a dash of stubborn. He’s a husky!!! A rascally goofball who firmly believes life is better with a little more running, playing, mischief, and general shenanigans.
He is great out and about with other dogs and enjoys playtime with his peers but he doesn’t share toys well in a home. So he is recommended to be a one and only. And no cats.
Yukon can also become particularly hyper-focused when it comes to high-value goodies like rawhides and other prized possessions. Because of this, we firmly recommend a household without small children where everyone can respect his boundaries around special items. The right family will understand that even the goofiest dogs deserve a little space when they’re enjoying their treasures.
Don’t let those considerations overshadow the big picture: Yukon is a **very friendly, very fun dog** with personality to spare. If your household is missing some humor, playfulness, sass, dramatic flair, and a four-legged accomplice for life’s daily hijinks, Yukon might just be your guy. He’ll bring the zany vivacity.
