‼️THANK YOU for every can and case sent our way this week! Our previously bare shelves are now FULL again 🐱 🐱 🐱

We are in the height of kitten season and cat intake is at capacity. We are using approx 50 cans a day‼️

The work never stops, and we are 100% reliant on YOU to help us to do what we do. Thank You for helping to save homeless animals and give them the future they deserve 🐕 🩵 🐈

It is with great sadness that we share our special big boy Goliath was laid to rest today at SAVE🌈❤️🐱

Goliath originally came to SAVE after being found abandoned in a Motel 6 on 4/10/2025. He did not appear to like the company of other cats and was understandably very stressed in the shelter. Thankfully, a wonderful foster family opened their home to him 🥰

In their care, Goliath was able to relax, feel safe, and show his true personality. He was a very sweet and loving cat, and his foster family was deeply devoted to him ❤️

When Goliath began experiencing stomach issues, they made sure he received the care he needed. Sadly, after several veterinary visits and a significant worsening of his condition, everyone involved agreed that the kindest decision was to let him go peacefully.

He knew safety, comfort, and the love of a family who cared deeply for him. Our staff and volunteers join his foster family in their sadness and we all send our tremendous gratitude for keeping this special boy out of the shelter.

Rest in peace, Big G. You will be missed ❤️❤️❤️

‼️URGENT KITTY FOOD PLEA ‼️We previously had an abundance of pet food from donations delivered by the West Windsor Police ‘Bark Drop’ last December. So much that we were able to share supplies with many organizations including trentonanimalshelter and Trenton Cats Rescue and multiple community cat feeding volunteers until now…

Today, our shelves at SAVE are almost empty 😢 If you can help with canned kitty food, we take all kinds and our kitties particularly love Friskies pate 😋
