In an effort to keep horses, riders, and spectators as cool and safe as possible for this upcoming week, we have made the following adjustments:

-Horses are allowed to move into stalls as early as possible on Monday morning.
-Start times for ticketed schooling on Tuesday are 7 a.m.
-All rings start at 7 a.m. on Wednesday. We are not moving classes as of now. We will make adjustments as needed depending on forecasts.
-Shade tents and misters are provided for the horses.
-Fans in the VIP tent for exhibitors; there is a public section for non-table holders.
-Extra water at the rings, as well as washcloths in ice water.

We will continue to monitor the weather and make adjustments as needed. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
