We also specialize in building custom homes whether it is your construction plans or ours. We are a hands-on builder and are typically at the project site once to twice a day. We also believe in thorough communication. We will meet regularly with you, provide you status and updated budget-cost sheets (on cost-plus jobs), and meet with subcontractors and suppliers to make sure the job is done right. With this attention to detail, it means we must limit the number of homes we build to continue to give our attention to each project. We take pride in designing and building homes that reflect the owner’s style, needs and vision. To date, we have never designed or built the same house twice. Being an experienced custom home designer and builder is a huge asset when designing a home as we are very aware of building codes and regulations, potential problems, costs, etc. that need to be considered when designing a home.
