People always ask us, “When is it too hot to saddle up?” Well, we're here to gallop you through a fun crash course! So, how do we know when it's too scorching? In horsey lingo, we check the heat index by adding humidity and temperature. Anything below 130 is a green light for riding, but above that, we start tiptoeing around. Here's a handy guide to keep you on track!
No need to sweat about lessons! We’ll keep you in the loop if any are canceled. We aim to schedule them bright and early or late in the day to dodge the heat, but when that heat index decides to stick around, we may have to call it a day.
