My dogs had quite an adventure for the first 2 weeks of the month. 13 days in an RV traveling across the country and back - 12 states, 9 campgrounds, 595 squirrels! They did great!

Today’s topic; Positive and Negative “punishment”….what? A dog needs to have a variety of experiences as they learn; structure, boundaries. Yes, of course, lot’s of positive experiences timed correctly to reinforce wanted behaviors, but, it’s important to understand that non abusive consequences for unwanted behavior are key. A mother dog will tell her puppies when they are out of line. If you believe that training should never include a “negative” please call me, let’s chat about it. 951-833-3323
