Did you know your dog’s nose is over 10,000 times more powerful than yours?
While we rely on our eyes, dogs rely on scent — it’s their way of reading the world.

šŸ”¹ An average dog has 10 million scent receptors (we only have 6 million).
šŸ”¹ They can detect tiny traces of substances — even 0.01 microlitres of gasoline!
šŸ”¹ For over 40,000 years, we’ve relied on dogs’ super noses — in hunting, police work, medicine, and even conservation.

But here’s the exciting part:
🐶 Scientists are now using AI and lasers to study how a dog’s brain reacts to different smells — and early results suggest dogs may have an emotional response to scents, not just recognition.

This could change everything — from how we train service dogs to how we understand our furry friends’ feelings when they pick up familiar smells (yes, even the vet’s office šŸ„šŸ‘ƒ).

šŸ‘‰ Imagine one day being able to translate your dog’s sense of smell in real time. The future of human–dog communication might be closer than we think.

šŸ’¬ If your dog could ā€œtellā€ you what they smell right now… what do you think it would be?
