In accordance with applicable regulations and required procedures, the following dogs have been placed on a 14-day timestamp. (NJAC 8:23A)
🐾 These dogs urgently need to find permanent, responsible homes as soon as possible.
⚠️ Please note: TAS is unable to perform cat testing.
👉 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲
In an effort to support placement outcomes, a limited foster program is available under the following conditions:
• This program is only available for dogs currently on the active timestamp list.
• If a foster placement is unsuccessful and the dog is returned, the animal will be moved to a 7-day timestamp and will no longer qualify for foster placement — the dog must be adopted permanently.
If no adoption or foster placement is secured by 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟱𝘁𝗵, actions will proceed in accordance with the established timeline and applicable regulations.
No extensions will be granted.
All procedures are being carried out in compliance with state regulations and municipal requirements.

🐶 Brezel
Brezel did well in several parts of her assessment, but she showed some challenges when it comes to sharing high-value items like food, toys, or chews. She will likely need continued training and guidance to feel more comfortable in those situations.
She is generally friendly with people and, while she has shown some ability to be around other dogs, she may do best as the only dog in the home at this time. A home without small children is recommended.

🐶 Bulli
Bulli is a high-energy dog who can become easily excited and frustrated, especially when being restrained. When overstimulated, he may jump and use his mouth during play, which could be overwhelming for small children or older adults.
He may also show resource guarding with toys or chews, so handling should be done with care. He would benefit from an experienced adopter or rescue to continue training and socialization.
