Adoptable Pets of the Week!

Miss T and Sassy!!

Miss T (black and white coloring) is a high-energy border collie mix who loves to play and have fun! She requires an active home who is willing to continue her consistent and firm training. If you’re looking for an adventure companion, she’s definitely your girl!

Say hello to Sassy! This little lady is a bundle of playful energy with a quiet side that will steal heart! Though she’s a bit nervous at first, she’s actually a velcro dog who loves to snuggle with her people. She’d do best in a home that has lots of time and attention to share.

Because she came from a very large rescue litter, she didn’t really learn the proper basics of being in a pack, so she needs someone who is patient and firm to train her. She picks up on things quickly and is so willing to learn!

Oscar needs a new foster or adopter!
This guy is full of love and play. He just struggles with other feline friends.
Do you have a cat free home that can welcome a new life and some fun?

Oscar, roughly 3 yrs old. Neutered, loves people, lap cat, funny face with fangs, little rough around the edges but you would too if you were an outside cat.

Follows me everywhere, almost trips me he wants to be in the middle of activity so bad.

Meet Peachie and Plum!

They were trapped by ISU, and because they turned out to be friendly, we’re hoping to find them a loving home. Peachie is the outgoing, playful one, while Plum is quite timid and really depends on Peachie for comfort and confidence. They’re about 7 months old and will do best in a calm, low-stress home with someone who can give them plenty of time to settle in, learn their surroundings, and build trust at their own pace.

Meet Rocky!!

Rocky is a snuggly biscuit maker who was rescued during a Trap-Neuter-Release project on a local feral colony. He is super affectionate and playful, and he would do perfectly as an only cat with people to love on. His favorite thing while snuggling is to give you nose bumps, then tuck his face into you for prime napping comfort.

Rocky is FIV+, which is not curable, but many cats with FIV live long and healthy lives. It is mostly spread to other cats through fighting, but since Rocky loves to play, it’s not recommended that he be in a home with other kitties.

This poor man has been out fighting for his life in the feral colonies, and he deserves a peaceful place where he can be loved. Can you give him that chance?

Congratulations to Jeannie Pena for being named one of our Volunteers of the Year!

Her dedication to our four legged friends is truly unmatched. Jeannie is always stepping up by supporting many rescues in the community, helping with fundraisers, advocating for the animals, and being their voice. She also assists with transports, foster clinics, and even helps clean the humane society.

Jeannie works hard both in her job and as a volunteer, and she pours her heart into every animal she helps. She truly has a heart of gold. We are incredibly lucky to have you, Jeannie!
