Georgia stayed locked up even after multiple shots as we harvested a bird from a different dog’s point.

This bird had jumped up into a tree, just outside her scent cone, but she never gave up on it.

Grouse hunting will humble your shooting when you take them on the wing, but that’s what makes it so addictive — every point, every flush, every miss turns into another great day in the woods. 🌲🪶

🪶 The last few weeks have been full of incredible hunts — Huns, sharp-tails, pheasants, ruffed grouse, blue grouse, and chukar. 🐾

We even mixed in a one-day turkey hunt for something a little different. 🦃
