Look what a gorgeous girl Sadie is turning into. I love the fact that I get to develop long lasting relationships with pups and their families. Watching them grow from a puppy into a young adult or loving on the senior dogs the best I can all of it is one of the biggest benefits of River arun for me.

OK, this one is huge! Mama Hope has been adopted by an amazing family! After all this time, she finally has her own couch! I would be lying if I said I wasn’t bawling even typing this update this morning. Hope is so amazing and I pray for years of happiness for all of them! thank you to all of you that shared her posts dropped off little treats for her here when you were visiting and gave her some extra snuggles while she was here! My village is pretty amazing. Shout out to Pulled From The Pits, A Pitbull Rescue who are doing their best to make sure the most at risk dogs find their couches🥰

It was a super busy weekend here at River run. We had the opportunity to serve at the adoption event for the foster pups and there may just be some exciting news pending about that. We have some exciting changes for some of our human foster people as well and all of those things put together have the introverted Jen feeling very overpeopled🤪🤣. But I have no fear my emotional support boarder Bronco arrived last night so all will be good. We had a nice long walk this morning and I feel better already (except for the melting, sweaty gross part 🤣)🥰

Today was a good day. The adoption even with Pulled From The Pits, A Pitbull Rescue ran smoothly and many pups found their forever homes. Our fosters were absolute rock stars and met so many new people. Praying maybe someone turns in applications fornthem so they can have a forever family of their own. Until then we will keep helping and love them like our own.
