Imagine being the best boy—the very best boy—who’s known the comfort of a home, the joy of being loved, and now finds himself staring at the walls of a kennel, day after day, wondering what he did wrong.

Rocky doesn’t deserve this to be his life.

He’s a gem with dogs, has lived with cats, and has a personality that shines brighter than the sun. And yet, here he is. Waiting. Hoping. Heartbroken.

Today, we gave Rocky a chance to leave the shelter and show the world what we already know: He’s amazing. At the event, he greeted strangers with a wagging tail, melted hearts with his kind eyes, and proved he’s nothing short of a rockstar.

But even after meeting so many people, Rocky came back to the shelter. Alone.

This is the face of a dog who gave his all and still didn’t find his family. A dog who deserves to be on a couch tonight, not in a kennel.

We don’t know why no one chose him today, but we know his person is out there. Could it be you? Could you give Rocky the love and the life he so desperately deserves? He’s ready to love you with everything he has.

Please don’t make him wait any longer.
