We just have to take a moment to boast about little Cooper here.
This was his first time ever being away so Mom and Dad were understandably a little apprehensive leaving him.
Taking this all into account, we gave him lots of reassurance and spent extra time with him so we could gain his trust before bringing him in. We also adjusted his living quarters to increase his comfort and confidence.
Well, this brave boy walked; no ran, into the kennel with a happy strut! Once in his run with all the comforts of home, he covered us in cuddles and affection! He was actually happy to be here and never once seemed upset or scared.
This is why we do what we do! We love to provide a safe and loving place for your dog when life happens and they can’t be with you. 💚🐶🌞🏡🌻🐾

Zima met a new friend this morning! This sweet doe and her herd have really grown accustomed to our guests and will routinely visit them in the mornings. We think Zima enjoys the company!
