It is with great frustration and a tinge of sadness that I’m having to pause my training. I have some injuries from my time in the Navy that I have managed to aggravate.

I’ve had to sit down these last few weeks and re-evaluate what is feasible for me to do and what is something I need to change. I’ve decided to pause Board and Train and 1 on 1 lessons. Zoom lessons will continue!

As of right now I’m only pausing training until I find a rhythm that will allow me to both train your pups, mine and the breeders I work with without causing more injury to myself. I hope this is only a temporary pause but I’ll know more in the next few weeks. Give all your pups love for me! You all have been amazing clients and I hope to open my doors once more soon!

Miss River is settling in nicely! She sure does love her duck stuffy. She is such a fun puppy. Lots of toy drive and food drive but as soon as you put her in your lap she flips the cuddle switch and is happy to just hang out!!

Miss bubbles is golden retriever and she’s just over 4 months old now and slowly being introduced to some scent work. We are hoping to chip away at some titles with AKC, UKC and/or NACSW. I’m just doing this for fun since Bubbles offers some amazing natural sniffing behavior. I’ve loved doing detection when I was a working dog handler so I couldn’t help but teach her. It’s odd to be using essential odors instead of explosive/narcotics odors but I will say much easier too. Needless to say much less paperwork! I’m excited to see what bubbles will do! CK9 Goldens

I have the pleasure of working Legacy Ranch Australian Shepherds dogs and I gotta say I love them all but Miss Sally is the biggest sweetheart and hardest worker! Shes hands down a favorite of mine. Eager to and happy work, and best of all she gives the most wonderful hugs!!

Miss Bubbles is seriously one of my favorite pups (shhhh don’t tell jazzy) I swear this little one picked me. Shes been so fun to work with. I never thought I’d ever want a golden retriever of my own. I didn’t mind working with them but from ranch and military working dogs I thought I’d be a herding dog for life kinda gal but I’ll admit convinced me to give it a try and I’m loving this journey with her! She’s such a fun dog to not only work but live with and it’s a perfect combo of “let’s go!!” And “let’s just chill here”.

Mr.Copper was learning how to move on un-stable surfaces and having fun doing it! Hes new to this area so he’s a little unsure but he’s figuring it out super fast. He had some understandings of sit and down when he came so we are just polishing that and adding to his repertoire of knowledge!
