Finally got some photos of Luna's little boy! He needs a playmate so Dolly needs to get it in gear :)

Cams are back up for now and Luna had her baby!!!! Kids came in for a visit, just sat down to a barbeque dinner and Luna went into labor. Clear milk and lacking some signs, we let her labor in the field and then brought both of them in. She had a tiny, very dark brown jack with a birth height of 17 3/4".

Luna and Dolly have been moved to the small pasture for closer watching. We are working to get the cams streaming again after our internet provider decided to have issues with us streaming. Hopefully we will have something before Luna decides to foal. I really don't want to go back to old school flashlight checks all night!

We have 3 confirmed pregnancies so far for 2026!!! Dolly, Luna, and Dottie are all in foal to our young jack Slick!!! These will be his first foals :) Luna and Dolly are both maidens.

Slick is 2 1/2 yrs. old now and measured 25 1/2" in the field. He sheds off black but is a very dark brown. We will see next year if he managed to get anyone in foal!
