April is National Heartworm Awareness Month. Heartworm disease is a serious illness that can be found in pets such as dogs 🐕 & cats 🐈. Heartworms are parasitic worms that can affect a pet's quality of life. Make sure that you are taking your pet(s) to the veterinarian for their annual heartworm screenings and give them year-round heartworm preventative medication to keep them healthy. ❤

Found male dog, approximately 1-2 years old. No tags or microchip. He was found near Hopewell and Forge Rd in Oxford. Finder checked with nearby Amish farm, but it wasn't theirs. Finder can only hold for 24 hours, so he will be taken to West Chester SPCA tomorrow if no one claims. Please contact Jen at 302-379-1799 if you know this dog.
