It’s Summer! If you’re from Florida then you know what that means: Daily Thunderstorms ⛈️⛈️⛈️ Summer in Florida also marks the start of Hurricane Season and Fourth of July Fireworks! Unfortunately, this time of year our furry friends can get more anxious/scared from these events. We at Granada Animal Hospital want to keep your pets fear free and comfortable during these times. Please call the office if you want to discuss a medication or supplement to help your pet in the event of Thunderstorms or Fireworks. For pets already on something, we request placing orders in advance due to the increase of demand during this time of year! We try to honor requests in a timely manner, however it may take up to 3 business days pending product availability. Call ahead to stay prepared, especially since we will be closed Friday, July 4th.

The item pictured in this photo is a noninvasive treatment modality. We have used this tool to treat things like arthritis and persistent skin conditions. Our biggest success story with this tool was when we used it to help a cat keep his foot after he was shot!

🌞Happy Monday from Loki and Veronica! 🌞

Loki was a star patient enjoying some cheese and a hug while Dr. Wolfe gave him some vaccines! We try to make vet visits as pleasant as possible and cheese is our secret weapon to help make that possible. After all, who doesn’t love a little cheesy snack?😉🧀🐶🐾
