With Independence Day right around the corner, we want to help you ensure your furry family members stay safe, calm, and comfortable during the fireworks.
If your pet suffers from firework anxiety, anti-anxiety medications and sedatives can make a world of difference but here a few things to keep in mind:
Due to high demand before the holiday, our pharmacy and doctors need ample time to review and fill requests. Pets must have an up-to-date annual exam in order to receive or refill prescription medications.
How to request your pet's medication:
Contact us at: 402-397-2424 or [email protected]
In addition to medications, you can prepare by creating a quiet, safe indoor space for your pet and testing out calming aids or wraps. We also recommend making sure your pet’s ID tags and microchip information are current in the event they get spooked and bolt.
We will be closing at 6 pm on Thursday, July 2nd and reopen on Monday July 6th at 8 am, so please reach out to us today so we can get your pet's medications ready in time!
