Do you love helping people and their pets? SmartVet is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping pets receive the care they need.
What we're looking for:
✅ Excellent customer service skills
✅ Strong communication and multitasking abilities
✅ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
✅ Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required!
What you'll do:
📞 Answer phones and assist clients
📅 Schedule appointments
🐶 Check patients in and out
💻 Manage records and client communications
❤️ Help create a positive experience for pets and their families
