Due to my pending surgery, I have decided to not be open on Saturdays till further notice. Susan will have enough on her plate-me, the livestock, etc. I will not be able to got the barn for weeks to help her and she needs catch up time. I would think 1 maybe 2 months without Saturdays. As always, if you have no questions leave a message and someone will get them to me. I can't drive for at least a month so a staff member will monitor calls. Thank you for your patience and loyalty.

ATTENTION: BRUNSWICK ANIMAL HOSPITAL WILL BE CLOSED THIS SATURDAY APRIL 18th. We will reopen Monday April 20th. ALSO, IN THE HEAD"S UP DEPT, I AM HAVING SHOULDER REPLACEMENT SURGERY APRIL 29th. THAT WILL IMPACT SEVERAL THINGS IN THE OFFICE. SURGERY WILL BE DELAYED 4-6 WEEKS, I THINK. I DON'T KNOW TIME FRAME WHEN I WILL BE BACK IN THE OFFICE. WE WILL TRY TO ACCCOMADATE ROUTINE APPTS LIKE VACCINES, SICK PETS WILL HOPEFULLY GET THE PROPER LABS DONE BY MY STAFF OF SUSAN AND ASSORTED PRE-VET STUDENTS. ANYTHING WE CANNOT HANDLE WILL BE ASSESSED AND GIVEN PROPER REFERRAL TO ANOTHER ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN TOWN. SORRY GOTTA DO THIS> CHRONIC PAIN IS A CHRONIC PAIN.

Attention, we will be closed Saturday March 21. My wife and I have to go to Iowa in the morning to pick up a livestock trailer, plus it is her birthday weekend-WORK LIFE BALANCE_what the hell is that. While in Iowa I WILL LOOK INTO GETTING ENOUGH SIGNATURES TO GET ON THE PRESIDENTIAL BALLOT IN 2028. I THINK AN ALL DVM CABINET AND VP WOULD BE GREAT. ARE YOU IN ROSIE AND AL?🤣

We are closed this Saturday March 7th. Reopen Monday March 9th. Once again, if you have an emergency and have to go to the Highland Pet Hospital, DO NOT MENTION MY NAME, they won't let you in the door. When you leave, ask for a copy of the medical. Tell them you don't have a veterinarian. It's sad the childish games that are being played. I advised them that one of their vets was underdosing medication and rather that do an internal correction, this is how they treat my clients animals. It is pathetic!!

I want to congratulate one of my prevet employees, Brooke Fox. She has been accepted at 4 veterinary programs- U of I, Iowa State, Ohio State and Missouri. She has till April to narrow it down to one. We are all very proud of Brooke and her hard work at school and here should be commended.

ALSO AS USUAL, IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND CHOOSE TO GO TO OUR LOCAL ANIMAL EMERGENCY CLINIC, DO NOT MENTION MY NAME. THEY STILL HATE ME AND BEING THE MATURE BUNCH THAT THEY ARE, WILL NOT ALLOW MY CLIENTS SERVICE. THEY WILL SEND YOU TO PEORIA OR U OF I IF THEY KNOW YOU ARE A CLIENT OF MINE. BEWARE!!!
