📚✏️ Fall Critter Camp Sessions 🐾🐶

Looking for the perfect after-school activity for your animal-loving kiddo? Warrick Humane Society’s Kids Program is excited to announce TWO 8-week sessions of Fall Critter Camp!

Your child will enjoy hands-on time with animals, fun crafts, and learning how to be a voice for shelter pets. Each camper receives a WHS t-shirt, their own adoptable stuffed animal, and more!

🗓️ Camp Details by Age Group:

🔹 Session One: Ages 8–9
📅 August 21 – October 9, 2025

🔹 Session Two: Ages 10–12
📅 October 23 – December 18, 2025
(No class November 27 – Thanksgiving)

⏰ Every Thursday evening from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
🎟️ $120 registration fee – includes all materials, snacks, and camp swag!

Celebrate the end of summer with a fun-filled afternoon for the whole family — all while supporting the Warrick Humane Society! 🐶💕

🐐 Petting zoo fun with goats, chickens, and pigs from Bubbles & Paws Canine Grooming & Boarding!
📸 $10 Goat Glamour Shots with pro photographer Mariah McClain Photography
🐾 Puppy snuggles for a donation
🥕 Animal feed cups — $2 per animal type
🍕 Delicious pizza from Mother Truckers Pizzeria Food Truck (they’re donating back to WHS!)
🎶 Live music from Between The Frets
🎨 Face painting & glitter tattoos by Face Craze Face Painting starting at $10
🛍️ Retail booths with local vendors

It’s kid-friendly, pet-packed, and all for a great cause. Come out, bring your friends, and help us make this Back to School Bash one to remember!

🐶 Meet Kyro! 🐾

Kyro has been with us for 62 days, and he's still waiting for his forever home — so we're offering 20% off his adoption fee to help this sweet boy find his people! 💙

Kyro is a 8-month-old Weimardoodle who is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines, deworming, and prevention — he’s ready to go home! He was recently adopted but sadly returned due to the small dogs in the home not liking him. However, he got along wonderfully with the larger dog and absolutely adores people.

He’s a big, goofy puppy who’s eager to learn and please. He’s been working hard on potty training, knows how to sit, and is learning “lay”! With his playful, curious personality and love for playtime, Kyro is sure to bring a lot of joy and energy to his future home.
