🐶✨ Got a teen who loves animals? This is their moment.

Warrick Humane Society’s Junior Volunteer Program is back—and it’s more than just volunteering… it’s a chance to step into the world of animal rescue. 💛

From wagging tails to gentle purrs, your teen will learn what it really takes to care for shelter animals while making a real impact along the way.

📅 Two session options available:
🐾 Junior Volunteer Program: Session 1: May 9, May 16, May 23, June 13, June 20, June 27 ⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
🐾 Junior Volunteer Program: Session 2: June 8, June 10, June 12, June 15, June 17, June 19 ⏰ Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

✨ Spots are limited, and these sessions tend to fill faster than a pup chasing a tennis ball 🎾

✔️ Ages 13–15
✔️ Hands-on experience with cats & dogs
✔️ Learn, grow, and give back
✔️ Includes a Junior Volunteer t-shirt

Hi everyone! 👋🐾

I realized I’ve never properly introduced myself here on the Home Away Pet Spa page, so here I am! 💕

I’ve been part of the Home Away Pet Spa family since September 2022, but I started my grooming journey in May 2022. From day one, I knew this was exactly what I was meant to do. Being a dog groomer isn’t just a job for me, it’s truly my passion. I love building relationships with my clients and their pups, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and looking their absolute best! ✂️🐶✨

Outside of the salon, my fiancé, Shawn, and I have two beautiful children, Penelope (10) and Merci (4), who keep us busy and laughing every single day! 💗 And at home, we have our sweet 7-year-old labradoodle, Knox. He’s basically the boss of the house! 🐾

I’m so thankful for each and every one of you who trust me with your fur babies. It means more than you know! 🫶

If you ever have questions, special requests, or just want to chat about your pet’s needs, I’m always here! I can’t wait to keep loving on all your pups and meeting new ones too! 🐕💕
