Piggies were all snuggled up for this chilly weather 🐷 or crippled piggies, Giani & Earl got extra blankets & their heat lamp. & Avery has decided that instead of sleeping in his stall filled with new straw, that he is going to sleep over by Lacey where she has decided that this is her new Sleeping spot. It's funny how Isaac and Avery have kind of taken over Lacey recently πŸ’œ

Adonis & Andre were 2 piggies that found their way onto our property and of course we're both males! We promptly had them both neutered and the vet guesstimated their ages to be around 6 months old. What cuties they are! The one little boy has an adorable habit of sticking his tongue out and sucking on it, lol. We had them up for adoption and were very excited that a wonderful couple fell in love with them and came to meet them last Saturday. Jane and Leo took them both home to join their family in Spring Hill

So yesterday, we decided to take Hunter into the Vet to try and find out why he has been drinking so much water, just an excessive amount from what he used to. And so we wanted to know if their was a possibility of diabetes or something else starting. So a blood test was in order. Bloodwork came back pretty good for a 15 year old pig. We do have some things to watch for as he gets older. But for now, he seems in good health & we will keep an eye on him.
So, it ran $ 612 to hear his drinking so much water might just have turned into a habit.
But at least we did not get terrible news about his health.

We were so excited to be able to go pick up a bunch of pumpkins last night and this morning for the piggies and also were very appreciative of having some pumpkins brought to us! The piggies are definitely in hog heaven right now, lol. They will definitely be munching on these for quite a while 🐷 we'll continue to post pictures and videos of them.
And we are also very appreciative of all the donations recently that we are in works of getting back to each of you personally

It's pumpkin time of year again! πŸŽƒ 🐷 🐽 & our piggies are totally stoked to get their hooves on some! If you have any leftover pumpkins (not carved or mushy) or know of any pumpkin patches giving away leftover pumpkins & can bring some, our piggies would be in absolute hog heaven 🐷 πŸŽƒ
Thank you ☺️
