Does your indoor cat have fleas? Do you live in New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson, or Holiday? We are enrolling for this year’s study! Here are some of the requirements for the study this year:

- at least one cat with fleas
- cats and dogs must be over 6 months of age, and not pregnant or nursing
- no recent use of flea products in the home or on the pets
- cats must be ver 2.2 lbs and dogs over 4.4lbs
- willing to participate in weekly visits from the flea team for the duration of the 12 week study

All cats and dogs are susceptible to bites from fleas or ticks, which can carry infection and disease. We are currently enrolling cats and dogs in a study. Please check www.killmyfleas.com for more details.

Hello all, we may have a small flea study starting soon. This will not be in our normal format. It will require all participants to bring their pets to the hospital and fleas must be present on dogs to qualify. We are wondering if any of you would be interested. We have received messages from several people needing help with fleas this year and thought this study might be an option. Due to COVID-19 related issues the normal in-home study is not possible this year. Please message us if you may be interested. More details to follow, we are just trying to see what everyone's level of interest is. Participants will not be required to be our established clients.

Merry Christmas from the AHRP Team. Thank you all for your support during a most challenging year for us all. Thanks to our patients, pet parents, and team members for taking on curbside service despite our unpredictable weather. Although, we may not get snow in Florida, we sure are enjoying a little cooler weather.

HOLIDAY OFFICE HOURS:

Saturday, Dec 26th -- CLOSED

We will reopen on Monday, Dec 28th. We are giving our team an extra day to spend time with their families and celebrate all that we have to be thankful for. We appreciate everyone understanding as we rest and prepare for a new year.
