🤎 WHERE ARE THEY NOW? Meet Blaze! 🐴

From a scared, very sick baby horse to a loved and happy boy living the life he deserves. 🥹🤎

When jordy 🕊 first met Blaze while volunteering at Cowboy Ranch Rescue, he was still learning that people could be trusted. She never imagined that the little horse she was growing so close to would one day become hers. Between morning forehead kisses and quiet evenings in the pasture, their bond grew into something special long before the adoption was official.

Jordan adopted Blaze in February, right before her birthday, making a childhood dream come true. 🤎

Today, Blaze spends his days doing what every horse deserves to do: grazing, playing with his friends, hiding in bushes, and apparently pooping in secret like it’s his full-time job. 😂

Jordan wanted to give Blaze a life filled with safety and love, but he’s given her just as much in return. Sometimes, the happiest endings aren’t about what a horse can do or accomplish. They’re about finally getting to just be a horse.

We couldn’t be happier to see this once-sick, scared baby living his happily ever after with Jordan. This is what rescue is all about. 🐴✨

Meet Hank and his adopter, Joanna! ✨

When Hank first came to Cowboy Ranch Rescue, he was sick and needed a second chance. Today, we couldn’t be happier to share how far he’s come and the wonderful life he’s living! 🤎

Joanna was drawn to Hank’s curious, outgoing personality and confidence from the moment she met him. And with his good looks, it’s no surprise he caught her eye!

Since finding his forever home in the spring of last year, Hank’s days have been filled with an unlimited supply of hay, exploring the property on trail adventures, and his newest favorite activity… taking a little dip in the creek! 🌿💦

There’s nothing better than seeing a horse who once needed rescue now enjoying the simple things in life, surrounded by love, comfort, and the freedom to just be a horse.

We are so grateful to Joanna for opening her heart and home to Hank and giving him the life he deserves. This is what second chances are all about! 🫶🏻

Some days at the rescue just stay with you forever 🤍

Spending time with Mary and Randy Travis was truly special. Landry, one of our favorite volunteers, shared the rescue with her family—and watching them love on our horses with a kind of understanding only horse people have… it meant more than words can say.

There’s something different about people who “get it.” The quiet connection, the gentleness, the way they see these horses not for what they’ve been through—but for who they are.

Rescuing is not easy. It’s heavy, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming. But moments like this—this kind of encouragement, kindness, and support—are what keep me going.

We are so incredibly grateful for them, and already looking forward to their next visit 🤎

The two babies arrived this morning. They are very sick with upper respiratory infections and boy has bad leg infection. They are exhausted, malnutritioned, but safe. This is the most critical phase for them to fight to survive. ♥️
