To ensure nothing important is missed, we utilize a combination of Email, text message and push notification (via the app). This multi-channel approach is a best practice to reach you wherever is most convenient.

One Email Per Household: Using one primary email keeps our software, app, and pharmacy synced. Want the whole family on the app? Simply share your login credentials!
App Exclusive (24/7 Records): App users enjoy the exclusive ability to request vaccination summaries 24/7, perfect for last-minute grooming or boarding. (Please allow 24 hours for more detailed record requests).
Smart Scheduling & Confirmations: If you already have an appointment on the calendar, our system is designed to recognize that. You won’t receive redundant reminders for that specific visit. Confirming a notification immediately notifies you of visit requirements and pauses all future follow-up reminders for that appointment.
One-Click Pharmacy: App users enjoy a single-sign-on feature for our online store, one less log in to remember! Thank you for supporting our practice by shopping our official pharmacy.
