This satellite adoption center presents the opportunity for HSN to assist even more homeless animals in our community and beyond.

Sweet Chase…💔🐾
We’ve featured him before, yet he’s still waiting for his happy ending. Chase has been with us for over a year, and our staff can’t believe it! He’s a true gentleman—well-mannered, walks beautifully on a leash, and is a Rescue Recess favorite. He’s also incredibly quiet, rarely barking in his kennel. Chase finds joy in the simple things—watching birds and taking in the beauty of nature. Everyone who spends time with him can’t stop raving about how wonderful he is. He loves chasing balls and playing with his toys!

Chase deserves a loving home after waiting so long. He has epilepsy, but thanks to consistent medication, his episodes are very rare. To support his adopter, we’re offering:
✔ One month of medication
✔ One free clinic visit at PBHSN
✔ Two months of refills covered by PBHSN
✔ Three months of Cytopoint covered by a donor

Did you know we currently have three FeLV-positive cats looking for their forever homes? While they aren’t bonded, they do share the same diagnosis—and all three are absolute gems. Everyone who meets them says the same thing: “How are they still here?!” Honestly, we’re wondering the same.

✨ Baby is just 5 months old with her whole life ahead of her. She’s full of s***k, has the silliest personality, and even plays fetch!

✨ Duke is the definition of a lap cat. He’s happiest lounging in your arms and soaking up all the head scratches.

✨ George is a true gentleman. Friendly, affectionate, and always up for cuddles, he’s another lap cat who just wants to be close.

Another Foster Friday Feature!
Meet the sweet and snuggly Blaze! When Blaze first arrived at our shelter, he was overwhelmed and scared of everything—especially the shelter environment. He’s one of those dogs who simply cannot thrive in a kennel setting due to his anxiety. Thankfully, a loving foster stepped up right away, and he’s been with them ever since!

Although Blaze has been doing wonderfully in his foster home, he’s still searching for his forever family. He’s 5 years old, crate and house trained, gets along well with both cats and dogs, and is a certified cuddle champion.

His foster mom shares:
“I call him Snuggle Bee because he buzzes around all crazy one minute and then becomes velcroed to you for cuddles the rest of the day! He’s truly become a different dog with us—he’s no longer afraid of stairs (though he’s slow and cautious), and he’s learning new tricks, especially when treats are involved! He loves soaking up the sun and people-watching outside.”

Happy Foster Friday! 🌟

Meet Lulu, a tiny but mighty 10 -month-old kitten who has been thriving in her foster home! This special girl is polydactyl, meaning she has extra toes on all four paws, making her even more unique. Lulu was also born with megaesophagus, so she’ll do best in a calm home without other animals. While her condition comes with a few special considerations, she doesn’t let it slow her down—she’s a happy, playful kitten who loves chasing her tail and exploring her surroundings!
Her foster shares:

"I’ve fostered Lulu since she was just 2 weeks old, and she has always been a fun and intriguing kitten. She may be smaller than other kittens her age, but her personality is huge! She’s full of energy, with big, beautiful round eyes, and is always ready for an adventure. Lulu deserves a home where she can be the center of attention and receive the care she needs to thrive."

Meet Hoosier—our lovable land shark who absolutely lives for water! This 4-year-old goofball has a big personality, a sweet heart, and a playful spirit that keeps us all smiling. He’s a Rescue Recess favorite and always up for an adventure.

Hoosier knows his commands (he sits like a pro!), loves making new friends—both human and canine—and would make an incredible companion.

Even better? Hoosier is a Subaru Dog, which means his adoption fee is generously sponsored by Subaru of Naples, and he’ll head home with a special Subaru swag bag!
