Treat your pets to unparalleled care with my services. They will receive undivided attention and meticulous cleanup, including mopping, counter wiping, and trash removal after each stay. For dogs who enjoy messy
play or have extended stays, luxurious baths are also part of the package. Your pet will enjoy impeccable feeding and bathroom schedules, coupled with regular playtime, ensuring they experience the epitome of pampering. For the ultimate in comfort, dogs are welcome to share the bed with me if that is their usual routine, making every stay a truly luxurious experience. To help your pets relax, I use calming music and nature videos, understanding that constant stimulation can keep them at ease, while silence may cause anxiety. Recognizing that leaving pets alone can be stressful, I am happy to arrange regular photo updates during my stay. Let's work together to ensure that your furry friend feels safe and loved! To ensure I can provide the best possible care for your pets and maintain a healthy environment, I require agreement to the following terms and conditions before each booking:
1. Dannie The Dog Sitter agrees to provide pet sitting, dog walking, and other applicable pet care services in a reliable, caring, and trustworthy manner. In consideration of the services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and releases Dannie The Dog Sitter from all claims against the company, its owners, employees, and representatives, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Dannie The Dog Sitter.
2. The client agrees to notify Dannie The Dog Sitter of any concerns within 24 hours of completion of services.
3. The client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered. Client understands that payment is due at, or before the commencement of services unless explicitly agreed upon supplementary payment terms.
4. The client will incur a $25 charge for each returned check in addition to all bank fees attributed to the returned check.
5. Dannie The Dog Sitter shall exercise all precautions against sickness, injury, escape, loss, accidents, or death of Client’s pet(s). Dannie The Dog Sitter is not responsible for sickness, injury, escape, loss accidents, or death of Client’s pet(s) unless caused through negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Dannie The Dog Sitter.
6. The Client represents and warrants that the pet(s) are currently vaccinated in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
7. Dannie The Dog Sitter will follow the directions of the Veterinary Release Form in case a pet should become injured or sick.
8. The Client accepts responsibility for all medical expenses and other damages resulting from an injury to the Pet Sitter, other persons, or other animal(s) caused by the Client’s pet(s) or negligent act.
9. Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Dannie The Dog Sitter in the event of a claim by any person injured or otherwise damaged by Client’s pet(s) or negligent act.
10. Dannie The Dog Sitter reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled service. Services canceled with less than one week’s notice before the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
11. Dannie The Dog Sitter reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the Pet Sitter, in his/her sole discretion, determines that the Client’s pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, other people, or the Pet Sitter. If concerns prohibit the Pet Sitter from caring for the pet, Dannie The Dog Sitter will attempt to contact the Client to arrange alternative care. If the Client cannot be contacted, the Client authorizes Dannie The Dog Sitter to place the pet in a licensed kennel with all charges arising to be the responsibility of the Client.
12. Dannie The Dog Sitter reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.
13. This document gives Dannie The Dog Sitter authorization to enter the Client’s listed address as needed to perform agreed-upon services.
14. The Client expressly gives Dannie The Dog Sitter the authority to employ a locksmith on their behalf and to promptly reimburse Dannie The Dog Sitter for all costs incurred in the event of a malfunction of the lock, keys, or automatic door opener.
15. Dannie The Dog Sitter is not liable for any loss or damage in the event of a burglary or other crime that should occur while under this contract.
16. The client agrees to properly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. Dannie The Dog Sitter will re-secure the home to the best of its ability at the end of each visit.
17. In the case of an emergency, inclement weather, or a natural disaster, the Client authorizes Dannie The Dog Sitter to use reasonable judgment for the care and well-being of Client’s pet(s) and residence. Dannie The Dog Sitter will make reasonable efforts to maintain service during these conditions but reserves the right to adjust the schedule of service based on the sole discretion of the Pet Sitter.
18. Dannie The Dog Sitter is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the Pet Sitter.
19. The client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pet(s) including, but not limited to, a sturdy, well-fit harness or collar and leash for walks or in case of emergencies, pet food, medications, identification tags, litter boxes, cat litter, and cleaning supplies. The client authorizes any purchase necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. Costs of all purchases and related service fees will be reimbursed to Dannie The Dog Sitter within 14 days.
20. The client authorizes the use of pet(s) pictures on the website, social media, and/or marketing materials for promotional purposes.
21. The client authorizes this contract to be valid approval for services to permit Dannie The Dog Sitter to accept all future in-person, telephone, online, mail, or email reservations and provide services without additional signed contracts or written authorizations.
22. The Terms of this document apply to all pets owned by the client, including all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed.
23. Security cameras for safety purposes are welcomed; however, undisclosed cameras inside the home are an invasion of privacy. Clients must inform Dannie The Dog Sitter of any indoor cameras. Failure to disclose such cameras entitles Dannie The Dog Sitter to cancel services without a refund. Clients found to have hidden cameras inside their homes during a booking will be permanently banned from booking future services.
24. Clients must provide accurate information about their dogs' condition and training level. If a client fails to inform Dannie The Dog Sitter that their dog is not potty trained, leash trained, or has other problematic behaviors related to animal waste, Dannie The Dog Sitter reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund or charge an "excessive housekeeping" fee of $200 for the inconvenience and dishonesty. This fee is due in full the same day it is addressed for the booking to be completed. Clients who are dishonest about their dog's training will be permanently banned from booking future services.
25. Meet and greets are required for all new clients. If an in-person meeting is not feasible, a video chat will be scheduled to allow for an introduction and a virtual tour before the commencement of services.
26. The room designated for my stay must be clean, with freshly washed sheets left on a stripped bed for me to make.
27. The bathroom designated for my use must be clean before my arrival.
28. The kitchen must be clean upon my arrival.
29. I will leave your home in as clean a condition as it was upon my arrival, if not cleaner. If these conditions are not met upon my arrival, I may need to cancel the booking and find alternative care for your pets through another pet sitter, an emergency contact, or a boarding facility. This ensures my well-being and allows me to provide the highest quality care for your pets during 24-hour bookings. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Throughout our time together, your dog will enjoy sunrise strolls, invigorating runs, and outdoor playtime in scenic surroundings. From the comfort of your home to nearby lush spaces, I plan a relaxing blend of activities to keep them joyfully active. Enjoy explorations of nature trails, waterfronts, or exclusive dog parks, where sunbathing, fishing, and forest walks become tailored adventures – all with your explicit permission. Your pet's happiness and safety are paramount in this extravagant pet-sitting experience! Your pet's well-being is my top priority. If your furry friend has specific medical needs, allergies, medications, or routines, please inform me. I am dedicated to tailoring care to their unique requirements and experienced with dogs of all sizes and breeds. For escape artists, rest assured, I am skilled at managing them and welcome any tips or tricks you may have. Your dog's safety and happiness are my main focus, whether it's medical care or ensuring a joyful adventure. You can trust me to prioritize your pet's needs. During our brief in-person or virtual meet and greets (30 minutes or less), I will use a questionnaire aimed at understanding your special friend better. Your responses will help ensure I deliver 5-star care tailored to your pet's unique needs and preferences.
