Hello there,
We're writing to let you know about a necessary adjustment to our pricing structure. Effective November 1st, all of Frances's haircut prices will be increasing by $10 to $15. Some newer clients are already at the new price so if you have any questions please let me know.

I understand that price increases are never ideal, and we've worked hard to keep our rates consistent. However, the costs associated with high-quality supplies, ongoing training, salon overhead, and rising operational expenses have increased significantly.

This adjustment allows us to maintain the quality service and professional-grade products you expect from me, ensure we can continue to invest in the salon, and fairly compensate.
I truly appreciate your understanding and continued loyalty. I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved poodle, Jacques. After a sudden illness due to stomach torsion, our veterinary team was unable to save him. Jacques had become a cherished member of our family, and his absence will be deeply felt.

We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from our clients during this difficult time. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this loss together as a family.
