We have had two to five last minute cancellations and actual no shows a day, in the last few weeks. When this happens, we do not have enough time to fill the appointment slot, and our business loses valuable time as well as money. We send out reminder text every evening to ensure these appointment times are filled. Jeff is at home fighting cancer, and I am the only one in our household working so this is making everything much more stressful. Please if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, please let us know with 24 hours' notice. Those that confirm the day before and still no show will be taken off of our schedule indefinitely. Thank you to our valuable customers and the pups that we love for your understanding!

UPDATE:
Please, if you are scheduled for the weeks to come, we should not need to reschedule. We will be keeping all appointments. I missed Thursday and Friday of last week and plan to make those missed appointments up this coming weekend. We are actively taking new bath and brush dogs( bath, nails, glands only) to add to the schedule! Please spread the word. I am the only one in our household providing for the expenses and medical bills and every appointment kept helps! Thank you to everyone that has offered prayers, love, insight and to help at the salon or take care of Beau. Also to those that have brought meals made with love. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it means so much to us. Much love, Sue and Jeff.

We at Posh puppies have had to make a few changes in the past couple of weeks. Jeff was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer in December. He has 5 weeks, 5 days a week of radiation treatment and chemo pills that started last week. He needs to stay home and rest until treatment is completed and we see what the next step will be. I have brought my daughter back on to help out at this stressful time. Many of you will remember Sandra from our earlier years. This week I came down with flu type A and had to quarantine as jeff can not get sick with his compromised immunity. This flu is terrible and has had me bedridden for the last 4 days. If you still need to be rescheduled at this time or left a message please know that as soon as the fevered vertigo passes, I will begin to get everyone back on the schedule. We only want to get back to work and take care of our furry friends. Thank you so much for your patience during this difficult time and keep us in your thoughts
