You guys are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! When I put out a need you ALWAYS come through and we couldn’t be more thankful! Boss, Buck, and Duncan were so excited for their milkbones! We are missing a couple others in the video who were busy doing other things evidently ☺️🐾 THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU once again to everyone who sent love our way and shared, all the things! We couldn’t do what we do without our pack of amazing dog loving people! 🥰🥹🙌🏼

Hi friends!!!! It’s been so long, I hate to come back with just an ask, but it’s reality when you have a dog rescue with long time residents! We are once again in need of dog food, milk bones, and pill pockets especially! This winter has been hard on our older pups and many are on medication which means daily pill pockets! We can never say it enough, but THANK YOU for all everyone does and has done for House of Paws! You have no idea how much it helps! 🐾💕

🐾This is a courtesy post from an experienced Great Dane owner who needs to rehome Stevie.

‼️From the owner:
Stevie is a 2.5-year-old female Great Dane who is spayed and has had her stomach tacked. She is up to date on all vaccinations except Bordetella. Stevie is an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl with a playful, high-energy personality—but she also loves nothing more than lounging by the fireplace and snuggling with her people.

She has grown up with small children and another Great Dane, but she would do best in a home with older kids, no small animals, and a family who can continue basic obedience training. Stevie is crate trained, loving, and eager to please, and she would thrive in a home that can give her structure, exercise, and lots of affection.

She’s a big-hearted, gentle soul looking for the right family to love her as much as she loves them.

🥰Once again I’m left in awe of the support you all show us anytime we ask for help! We are truly so incredibly thankful for you!

Hi friends! Sorry we’ve been quiet over here! Weve had a really rough month…the loss of our sweet rescue girl Ada, and then one of our own dogs, Gwendolyn! 💔🐾 Goodbyes, are hard, unexpected goodbyes are especially hard. No matter what, loving them for whatever time we are given, will always be worth how hard losing them is💕

With that being said, we have quickly realized we are at the bottom of our kibble food for our rescues. Curry is still well stocked on his wet food all thanks to all of you amazing humans who donated during our last request! We’ve had months without needing to ask for donations and we are forever grateful for all of you! Below is our wish lists. THANK YOU for always being willing to help us help them! 🙌🏼💚

Where are our boxer lovers….there are always so many applications when we’ve had boxers in our rescue…we currently aren’t in taking dogs, but any requests I receive I’m able to network with other local rescue angels and lately Humane Fort Wayne has been a saving grace to so many who otherwise may have a different outcome!
