Healthy Pet Connect is a proud sponsor of Fit Pets for Rescues which has raised over $25K in the past 11 years.

HPC is a research proven tele-monitoring platform for any pet chronic care condition. Healthy Pet Connect (HPC) is dedicated to ideal weight year-round and lifelong for all pets. We hold an annual “Fit Pets for Rescues” Ideal Weight Contest for our clients and the public. The ideal weight contests have 4 divisions: “Biggest 4-Pawed Losers (Dogs and Cats)”, ”Iron Dogs/Cats" ,” and a “Dog Pack/Cat Pride Challenge.” The contests are free and open to the public. HPC encourages contestants to pledge to their favorite pet rescue organization or humane society based on pounds lost and we will donate 5 dollars per pound lost to your rescue of choice.

Preventive care starts before the appointment.

Most veterinary visits capture a moment in time.

But health changes rarely happen in one moment. Weight shifts, eating patterns, activity changes, pain behaviors, and early warning signs often develop gradually at home.

That is the gap Healthy Pet Connect is built to close.

The next phase of HPC is focused on connected, precision, preventive care. That means helping pet parents collect meaningful information at home and helping veterinary teams see the patterns that matter.

It is not about replacing the veterinary visit. It is about making each visit more informed.

Learn how HPC is connecting health data from pet to vet.

What does Powered by HPC mean?

Our credentialing pathway is designed to help clinics and pet parents understand how connected products fit into the Healthy Pet Connect ecosystem.

Reviewed by HPC means our team has reviewed the product and its data in a real wellness context.

Recommended by HPC means the product has moved through a more structured pilot.

Powered by HPC means the product is integrated into the HPC clinical dashboard.

Each level is earned, renewable, and clinically grounded.

Not every connected product belongs in a clinical dashboard.

As more pet health devices enter the market, one question becomes increasingly important.

How does a veterinary team know which tools produce information that is actually useful?

That is why we are building the HPC Device Partner Credentialing Pathway. The goal is simple: give partners a clear path to earn recognition based on clinical review, structured pilots, and deeper integration with the Healthy Pet Connect dashboard.

The pathway includes three levels:

Reviewed by HPC: the device and its data output are reviewed in a real feline wellness context.

Recommended by HPC: the device has completed a structured pilot and shown clinically meaningful value.

Powered by HPC: the device data flows directly into the HPC clinical dashboard for enrolled pets.

This is not meant to be a decorative badge. It is meant to create a practical trust signal for clinics, partners, and pet parents.

Device and AI partners interested in the pathway can reach out to start a conversation.

Healthy Pet Connect memberships are built around one simple idea.

Pet parents should not have to wait until something seems wrong to start paying attention to health trends.

Healthy Pet Connect memberships are designed to make preventive care more practical. Members can track weight, nutrition, activity, and progress over time, while giving their veterinary team a clearer picture of what is happening between visits.

The first membership options are intentionally simple:

Essential for vet-connected tracking with two special partner deals.

ConnectedCare for proactive monitoring and direct vet connection.

Preventive for advanced insights, wellness reporting, and partner integrations.

This is not about replacing veterinary care. It is about making veterinary care more informed.

If you are heading to AVMA, we would love to connect.

We are heading into AVMA with a very clear message.

Healthy Pet Connect has spent five years learning what remote patient monitoring can look like when it is built around real pets, veterinary teams, and preventive care. Now we are focused on the next step: connecting the right devices, partners, and clinical insights into a platform that makes the data useful.

If you are a veterinarian, device company, sponsor, or partner thinking about connected care, we would be happy to talk. We are especially interested in conversations around feline health, preventive care, device validation, and practical dashboard integrations.

Message us if you would like to connect around AVMA.
