We are excited to give a warm, Lakeview welcome to Dr. Jenna Motz! Dr. Jenna will begin seeing patients the week of July 6th! 🎉🎉🎉

Dr. Jenna Motz moved to Madison in 2009 for her Bachelor’s degree at UW, and has essentially never left! After getting her degree in wildlife ecology, Dr. Jenna worked in the conservation biology field for a short time before deciding that becoming a veterinarian would better fit her interests in animal health and science. She graduated from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and has worked with dogs and cats ever since.

Dr. Jenna enjoys many aspects of being a veterinarian, but especially enjoys hearing about how pets enhance the lives of their families. She is interested in chronic disease management, dermatology, and senior pet care - especially for cats.

Dr. Jenna lives in Monona with her partner Jake.
She can often be found spending time outside, especially mountain biking, birding, or visiting local dog parks and hiking trails with her beagle Augie.

Please help us welcome her to the Lakeview team!

Dear clients, colleagues, and friends,
After 12 years of dedication as a veterinarian (and even more as a technician!), Dr. Megan Arce will be leaving Lakeview, on a journey to California. Dr. Megan has played an integral role in making Lakeview what it is today. Providing quality and compassionate care to all pets. She has been our backbone for many years, from providing endless staff engagement and support to carrying on the legacy of our founders Dr. Mache and Dr. Bach.

She will be dearly missed by all and we hope that our paths cross again in the future. Her last day will be Wednesday June 24th. Please help us wish her the best in her future endeavors.

Happy Earth day!

1) Featured in our windows are children's Earth Day drawings from the local library!

2) One of our technicians is out on her lunch walk today and is picking up litter on her route!

3) an apartment complex installed a handy waste disposal bin, equipped with a roll of doggy bags!

Keeping our neighborhoods clean is as simple as picking up after your pooch, carrying a grocery bag with you to grab any litter on your route, or making sure your garbage bags and bins are well secured!

Remember - "leave it how you found it" applies to all spaces, not just parks!
