We wanted to share an update regarding our online pharmacy. While we had originally planned to transition fully to our new platform on September 1st, we’ve decided to move that date up slightly to help streamline your orders and avoid any confusion.

If you have received a link to migrate a current auto-ship, please complete that process this week.
Beginning August 15th, all prescription requests and orders will go through our new pharmacy partner, Vetcove Online Pharmacy.

📞 Phone Service Update - We’re back on the line — finally! 🎉
Turns out, Mother Nature decided to spice things up and gave our phone equipment a little too much “shock and awe.” 🌩️⚡ Yep, she fried it. But after some serious tech TLC, our phone service has officially been restored!
You can now reach us the good old-fashioned way — with a ring and a real voice on the other end. 🎶📞
Thanks a ton for your patience while we wrangled the elements and got everything back in working order. We’re thrilled to be reconnected and ready to help — via phone, Pet Desk, or email.

Day 3 without phones… we’re starting to feel like we’re starring in a documentary called “Life Without Dial Tones.” 🎬If we stare at the phone long enough, will it ring?
We’re still waiting on the fix, which is scheduled for this morning, and we truly appreciate your patience as we ride this out.

Our lines remain down due to ongoing technical issues, but the fix is still on track for Monday mid-morning.

Our phone lines are still down, and while we’d love to blame a dramatic lightning strike or a squirrel with a vendetta, it’s just a technical issue we’re working hard to resolve. The good news: service is expected to be restored Monday, mid-morning! 🙌

Our hospital experienced flooding during the severe weather this past Sunday and Monday. While our team responded quickly-and Servpro has completed initial cleanup efforts-repairs are now underway to address damage in our lobby and public restroom areas. Construction will begin today and during this time:

-Client seating in the lobby will be limited, and noise or plastic barriers may be present.
-If your pet is sensitive to loud sounds or unfamiliar environments, you’re welcome to wait in your car—just let us know when you arrive by calling 803-359-6611.
-We will continue to offer calming towels for our feline friends to help ease their visit.

Our commitment to your pet’s care and comfort hasn’t changed. We appreciate your patience, flexibility, and ongoing trust as we navigate this unexpected situation.
