🔅5:40 PM update- the phone lines are back up and running! Woohoo 🎉

Unfortunately our phone lines are still down and we are unsure when they will be back up.

‼️‼️Also, our texting line has now changed. You can simply text our general phone number 803-808-8292 for assistance‼️‼️

We also have officially transitioned from using the petdesk app to the Great Pet Care App by Covetrus. With the new app, you will be able to make appointments, request refills and manage your pets medical reminders. A 3rd party company is still getting the app up and running so not all features are currently available but we hope it will be up and fully running ASAP.

Change is absolutely hard in all aspects but please know the recent adjustments we’ve made are to attempt to keep our client prices down and we truly have all of you in mind!

We are hoping to get all of these technical glitches worked out as quickly as possible and we appreciate everyone’s patience! 🫶🏻

The American Animal Hospital Association is an organization that provides accreditation for veterinary practices in the US, setting high standards for patient care, facility quality and continuous improvement in areas like pain management, surgery and emergency services to ensure exceptional care.

This requires a re-certification process every 3 years to ensure consistent quality of care and today, we passed with flying colors 🎉

We are so proud to not only be AAHA re-accredited but also one of the only privately and locally owned practices in our area 🫶🏻🐶🐱
