The mix pictured here is Shimeji, Pioppino, King, Lion's Mane, and Blue Oyster. This one went to the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center to be served at the Cookhouse.

I grow about 100 pounds of mushrooms every week. Always trying to make my mixed boxes as varied as possible. This means coordinating the different species' growth times that can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. Then catering to their different environmental preferences while they fruit to try and get consistent results like these.

I proudly and personally deliver these boxes to our local area restaurants. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the restaurants that have used these mushrooms on their menus over the years. Thank you for letting me continue to do something I love.
